How our solution works:

You simply choose from our range of near indestructible cases. We offer different sizes to accommodate different sizes and quantities of tapes, CD's or removable storage devices. Your choice of case will affect the cost of the service.

We will then deliver you two of your chosen cases. simply place the tapes in the first case and we will take it away to secure storage. We will then visit your premises on a daily basis (Mon - Fri) to exchange cases with you.

If you suffer a disaster and require the tapes to be returned within a short period of time, this is included with your annual charge (T&C's apply).

Your tapes will be stored in our environmentally controlled, high security strong room. The room is protected automatically from fire by FM200 fire suppression systems. Physically, the room is only accessible to our security cleared personnel. Both intruder and fire protection systems are monitored around the clock 365 days of the year.

Available as an optional extra is 24x7 emergency tape returns. if you take out this option you will be given out of hours contact details, for use in emergency situations.
